Return Policy Summary:

1.  Condition: Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and flawless (trying on fashion items is allowed).

2. Accessories: Include original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and all accessories.

3. Packaging: Return in original undamaged manufacturer/Help Gate packaging—no tape/stickers on the box.

4. Rejection: Non-compliant returns will be rejected, and the item will be sent back (scrapped after 3 failed deliveries, no refund).

Note: Raise return requests within 4-5 days of delivery.
